Q: When is the best time to arrive at cal during move-in day after 10AM? Since I can't be there before 10AM.

Hi Chuck!
Since Move-in Day starts at 10AM, I would try to be there as soon as I can because there will be a line as more people arrive. Parking is probably going to be a hassle. You could also come later in the day around 4PM when the line should start to clear up because the bulk of students has already moved in. You can come early or late, keeping in mind that Move-in Day ends at 5PM. Welcome to CAL! :)
